These terms govern your use of Revquino and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Intellectual property: all artwork, designs, and copy on Revquino are original to us or licensed to us. Buying a product grants you a shirt for personal use — it does not transfer any rights in the artwork. Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing the designs is not permitted.

Made to order: products are printed after you order. Because of this, small variations in print position and colour are normal and are not defects.

Pricing and payment: the price and totals shown and confirmed at checkout are calculated server-side and are the amounts you pay. Prices, promotions, and availability can change at any time, but a confirmed order is honoured at its confirmed price. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error.

Acceptable use: don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or scrape the site, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe others' rights when interacting with us.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We don't exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws applicable in the US. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: [email protected].
