Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK)

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is in addition to — not instead of — the defect cover in our Refund & Returns policy, which applies to every customer wherever they live.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the last item.

To exercise the right, tell us clearly before the deadline: email [email protected] with your order number and a statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the model form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. Sending your message before the 14 days are up is enough — it does not matter when it reaches us.

After you tell us: send the goods back to the return address we give you in our reply without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us. Please do not ship anything back before we answer — we will confirm where to send it.

Who pays return postage: you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We cannot estimate this in advance because it depends on your country and the carrier you choose. Where the item is defective or we sent the wrong thing, we pay — see Refund & Returns.

Your refund: we reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (but not any extra cost if you chose a faster delivery than our cheapest standard option), no later than 14 days after the day we are informed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you supply proof of return, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used, and you incur no fee for that.

Reduced value: you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in practice, a shirt that has been worn or washed rather than simply tried on.
